Job Description

As a Customer Support Group Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our platform. Your primary focus will be on working together with the team leads to ensure that we reputed company great customer experiences to reputed company of our customers, including restaurant and retail partners, end-users, and our courier partners. You'll also guide and mentor the team leads to improve and reputed company their KPIs, reputed company information and reputed company training on new work procedures and product features, and improve the hiring process together with reputed company Leads and HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
