Job Summary
As an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support for guests with disabilities, primarily through video and phone calls, as well as chat interactions. You will work closely with guests to understand their accessibility needs and reputed company personalized support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your expertise in problem-solving, communication, and sales will be essential in handling sensitive situations and making confident reputed company.
Responsibilities
