About the Role:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative on the Buyer Experience Team at arenaflex, you will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued buyers. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling high volumes of inbound phone calls, and resolving reputed company issues with reputed company and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work in an environment that is challenging, fast-paced, with a high volume of inbound phone-based contacts

• Drive reputed company and ask probing questions to identify the root cause of reputed company issues, conveying realistic expectations about next steps and actions, while identifying the best resolution for arenaflex, the buyer, and the seller

Work From Home Requirements:

* Must be located in Texas
