Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Stow, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing infrastructure support to our franchised distributors, District Managers, Regional Managers, and reputed company customers. You will be responsible for providing correct product information, pricing, and product availability, as well as troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a competitive earning potential of $17 per hour, plus a $300 hiring bonus and annual company bonus/gainshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist our franchised distributor customers in automotive tool selection, toolbox selection, troubleshooting, price and availability, technical specifications, and ordering.
• Handle reputed company inbound calls from our reputed company sources, including giving price and availability, part numbers, application assistance, troubleshooting, and basic credits.
• reputed company technical support concerning information and specifications for products provided in our catalog and catalogs of our other suppliers.
• Input orders utilizing internal ordering software systems.
• Engage closely with the Customer Service team to resolve reputed company questions.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be reputed company to work 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET Monday-Friday (no weekends).
• 1+ years of call center experience or equivalent experience in dealing with customers.
• On-the-job experience in working with general automotive mechanics is a plus.
