Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a highly integrated advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategies, and change management.
• Organizational Effectiveness: Assess organizational health and effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
• Executive Coaching & Influence: Build trusted relationships with leaders, offering counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• 10+ years of reputed company HR experience, including at least 7 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role supporting executive teams.

Benefits
