Position Overview This position may be site-based or remote in Chicago, Minneapolis or Milwaukee. The Sr. UX reputed company will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and deploying customer-facing content for customer experience initiatives. This position will be responsible for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of the UX Writing team. • Ensure alignment to standardized voice and tone, along with other content standards / best-practices.

• Write compelling headlines and copy for marketing materials
• Create strong, actionable communications for multiple audiences while working with our medical, legal, and regulatory teams.
• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension.
• Revise, edit, or update instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questions as necessary.
• Remain up to date on product developments and communication requirements.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation while paying attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and copyediting skills in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, including aptitude in multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to collaborate cross functionally.

• Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in reputed company of a computer screen and/or reputed company typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications, Design, Computer Science, or reputed company field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of experience in a UX writing/technical writing or reputed company role and/or Business Process Management, Business reputed company Improvement or reputed company field.

• Proficient with basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing.

#LI_KB2 Salary reputed company: $101,000.00 - $172,000.00 The annual reputed company salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time reputed company and may differ by hiring location.
