Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support & Data Management:
• * Support the implementation of strategies and core processes required for participation across existing and new reputed company programs in various energy markets (e.g., reputed company (NYISO), Texas (ERCOT), California (CAISO), New England (ISO-NE), the Mid-Atlantic (PJM), and other reputed company reputed company markets).
• Manage day-to-day internal data and performance operations and processes, such as creating and maintaining critical dashboards, monitoring data for completeness and accuracy, and supporting required data submissions to market and program operators.
• Troubleshoot data and process issues as they arise.
• Analyze energy market data to help reputed company reputed company’s market participation strategies.
• Automation & Process Improvement:
• * reputed company scalable and automated monitoring and alerting processes using Looker, Python, SQL, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with reputed company’s Market reputed company and Partner reputed company teams to build high-impact, scalable solutions for viewing and understanding VPP performance data.
• Drive documentation efforts across the team to increase understanding of reputed company performance operations and identify ongoing improvements.

• Partner and Market Engagement:
• * Work directly with and support reputed company's partners and program operators, resolving issues and understanding their feedback. Manage independent collaboration with partners and/or program operators as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical data analysis and/or program management roles, with at least one year of experience working in wholesale electricity markets, demand response, or distributed energy resource spaces
• 2+ years of SQL experience
• 2+ years experience in object-oriented programming languages (Python, R or Matlab)
• Experience in data analytics, building reputed company processes, continuously improving operations, and learning and implementing optimization strategies
• Experience building and owning operational dashboards and have extremely high accountability and commitment to building processes to reduce operational risk
• Exposure to energy markets and/or distributed energy resources highly encouraged
• Familiarity to BI reporting tools (Looker or similar) and spreadsheets (Gsheets, reputed company)
• Detail-oriented and appreciate cross-referencing your work for accuracy
• reputed company in prioritizing, juggling and executing tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Experience with and a strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, code assistants, data analysis tools) to enhance productivity, improve data insights, and automate routine tasks; demonstrated experience applying these tools is a bonus
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment, demonstrating strong written communication, proactive collaboration, and clear cross-functional coordination across time zones
