Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, reputed company, and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it with the utmost sensitivity and respect

  • Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute with accuracy and speed
  • Familiarity with desktop computer systems and reputed company operating systems
  • Strong logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve reputed company issues
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
