We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit. As a representative, you'll play a crucial role in communicating with shareholders on behalf of internal clients, such as reputed company and Georgeson. This is a unique opportunity to reputed company experience in a contested proxy meeting role, where you'll clarify information, guide investors, and ensure their interests are accurately represented.Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Providing inbound, outbound, and email responses for shareholder communications
- Assisting investors in understanding contested proxy meetings, where one reputed company questions management and suggests replacing the Board of Directors
- Communicating that the information from opposing sides is inaccurate and reassuring shareholders that management has their best interests at heart
- Directing shareholders to the appropriate platform for voting moving reputed company
- Promoting the message that shareholders should disregard conflicting information and trust management's reputed company
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Customer Service: Engage with shareholders professionally and effectively over the phone and through email
- Communication: Clear, confident speaking voice and excellent grammar/English proficiency
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using reputed company Office Suite and managing customer data entry
- Phone & Outbound Calls: Experience handling phone calls, including outbound calls to shareholders
Additional Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with:- Ability to actively participate in calls and team chats
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to correct grammar reputed company needed
Position Type & Pay
This is an entry-level, part-time opportunity with a pay reputed company of $20.00 per hour. The position is anticipated to reputed company on February 28, 2025.Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:- HS Diploma or GED required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience
- Good speaking voice
Equipment Requirements

- Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
