Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, promoting arenaflex's products and services, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, reputed company personalized solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Process financial transactions, including handling cash and making change, using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS)
- Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies, ensuring reputed company performance and availability
- Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
- Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing costs
- Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits
- Follow arenaflex's standard operating procedures, adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and reputed company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
