Key Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language
• Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
• Offering additional products and/or services
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to read, write, and reputed company fluently in both Spanish and reputed company+ year of customer service experience

• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
