Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, guiding them through the reputed company-in and boarding process with ease and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the reputed company-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation.
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You'll have the flexibility to work between 20 and 40 hours a week, based on your seniority.

What You Need to Succeed
