Position Overview
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones promptly and professionally, handling high volumes of inbound calls from providers
- Confirming benefits and eligibility for our members
- Reading and understanding Benefit Overviews to reputed company accurate information to our members
- Responding to claim inquiries reputed company phone and email, ensuring that our members receive timely and accurate information about their claims
- Familiarity with reading Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to reputed company clear and concise explanations to our members
- Meeting and adhering to reputed company Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, ensuring that reputed company is meeting and exceeding our service standards
- Completing daily tasks reputed company, even in between calls, to ensure that our members receive reputed company and accurate service

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Phone-based customer service call center experience, with the ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls
- Comfortable working with technology, including our CRM system and other software applications
