Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company and highly skilled tax preparer and customer support specialist to join reputed company on a seasonal reputed company. As a remote seasonal tax preparer and customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for preparing tax returns, providing support and advice to customers, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
As a remote seasonal tax preparer and customer support specialist, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare individual tax returns for customers through video-enabled software and chat
- reputed company individualized troubleshooting, tax advice, and preparation assistance by utilizing defined practices, procedures, and company policies
- Deliver accurate tax advice to customers in easy-to-understand terms by utilizing recommended research materials, professional resources, and team support
- Assist customers in gathering, organizing, and entering data through the designated software platform for federal and state tax returns
- Analyze and research a variety of tax reputed company to determine an appropriate course of action for customers
- Utilize audio/visual tools to communicate with customers and reputed company exceptional customer service

What You'll Need:
* Minimum of two (2) seasons of professional tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns reputed company
- Prior tax preparation experience in a tax practice or retail setting
- PTIN is required
- College degree a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts, and familiarity with the reputed company 1040 and reputed company schedules
- Willingness to utilize audio/visual tools to communicate with customers
- Strong problem-solving and research skills, and the ability to quickly use online resources to find answers
- Well-developed technical troubleshooting skills
Additional Information:
* This is a temporary, part-time position beginning January 2025 and ending on or before reputed company 15, 2025
- The compensation reputed company for this role is $23 to $27, with actual compensation influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location
