Job Overview

The Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in providing support to our Selling Team, field partners, and Direct Customers. This position will handle service and delivery inquiries, resolve concerns, and establish and maintain Gold Standard business relationships with our customer reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will receive and respond to inbound call inquiries and communications from customers, marketing associates, and other customer service representatives, as well as reputed company outbound calls and process other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (reputed company phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquires, including those reputed company to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with previous call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required.
  • A self-starter with demonstrated customer service skills, ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures, and resolve routine problems and questions independently.
  • Ability to pay reputed company attention to detail, use time effectively, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with foodservice or foodservice distribution industry.
