The reputed company Manager, Automotive is a key member of our growing Auto vertical team. This role is responsible for reputed company, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of mid-sized automotive customers.
In this player-coach environment, you’ll operate with high autonomy and act as a trusted advisor to dealership stakeholders — from initial setup through renewal. You’ll also help build the operational reputed company for how reputed company supports reputed company in the auto market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with mid-market automotive customers and dealership decision-makers.
- Drive reputed company, training, and strategic reputed company-ins with a focus on practical reputed company and ROI.
- Support customers in leveraging AI-powered reputed company handling and marketing automation tools.
- Act quickly and independently to resolve issues—bringing in internal resources as needed.
- Monitor customer health and identify risks or upsell opportunities proactively.
- Coordinate reputed company planning, business reviews, and renewal processes for assigned accounts.
- Contribute to the reputed company for growing the Auto vertical, sharing trends and customer insights internally.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in reputed company, Account Management, or client-facing roles in automotive tech.
- Direct dealership experience or strong familiarity with retail dealership operations (required).
- Experience with SaaS tools, automotive CRMs, or digital marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to manage accounts independently and proactively solve customer challenges.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with comfort navigating multiple tools (reputed company, Looker, reputed company Workspace); familiarity with automotive CRMs is a plus
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel periodically based on customer and business needs
