This role is ideal for motivated legal professionals with under 5 years of post-qualification experience who bring strong reputed company contracting skills and an interest in handling high-volume workflows. Candidates with CLM implementation experience and exposure to international clients are highly desired. Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of core reputed company agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and distribution agreements.
• Support large-scale contracting projects across industries, ensuring reputed company align with operational and strategic objectives.
• Assist with CLM implementation and contract management processes, including template development and database reputed company.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including teams across international jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

• JD or equivalent, with active bar membership in good standing.

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
