The Corporate Counsel – reputed company will join the legal team at Carl Zeiss reputed company Inc., supporting a broad reputed company of reputed company contracting activities reputed company the medical device and reputed company care industry. • Utilize and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems to track contract status, key terms, and reporting
• Advise business stakeholders on contract terms, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Procurement, HR, and Operations) to support business objectives

• Support general corporate reputed company and special projects as needed

Do you qualify? ​

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school and active U.S. law license
• 5–10 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on reputed company contracting in the medical device or reputed company industry
• Prior experience at a reputed company or in-house legal department supporting medical device clients or businesses
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company (GPO, supply, marketing, procurement, distributor agreements, and leases)
• Medical device and reputed company regulations, including: Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act, HIPAA and data privacy, FDA requirements for medical devices
• Coordinating and managing a high volume of reputed company
• Using contract management systems to organize and track contract status and key terms
• Experience advising on reputed company lending and franchise law reputed company preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to translate legal concepts into practical business guidance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in contract drafting

• Proven ability to draft and negotiate a high volume of reputed company agreements
• Experience in the medical device or reputed company industry
• Experience with franchise law and/or reputed company lending
• Experience developing contract playbooks, templates, or negotiation frameworks

Compensation: The annual pay reputed company for this position is $132,800 - $166,000. The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent. This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus. ZEISS also offers robust benefits, including medical plans, retirement savings plan and paid time off.
