Job Summary: Contract Administrator Our client is seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager for our reputed company Systems reputed company Team to support multiple proposals and reputed company concurrently. This role will support a high volume of reputed company and associated business relationships for our reputed company Systems business including Deep reputed company applications. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and negotiating U.S. Government (USG) direct reputed company (especially NASA), customer-facing subcontracts to USG prime contractors, reputed company reputed company experience. The reputed company candidate will take personal initiative to proactively serve both reputed company customers. This person will reputed company customers with quality experiences, establishing and maintaining effective relationships through the entire contract management process. We define reputed company as exceeding customer expectations. Primary Responsibilities: Contract Administrator

• Responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers and/or partners. Works with sales, finance, functional teams, and legal department to structure reputed company. Analyzes reputed company to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
• Reviews high incoming volume of customer requests for quotes, identifies proposal/quotes requirements, reviews terms and conditions for acceptability and compliance with company policies and procedures, assists in proposal development as required and participates in securing required management approval for submittal of proposals to customers.
• Review contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, assessing risk and impact to the proposal utilizing the Company resources including legal, operations, and pricing, as necessary. reputed company alternate terms and conditions to customer.
• Maintaining contract documents and communication in multiple contract management systems.
• Operates in accordance with company policies and practices, and in compliance with accepted business ethics.
• Takes proper action to closeout reputed company in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of reputed company activity.
• Assures the timely communication of contract information to appropriate persons and maintains complete and accurate contract files.
• Acts as reputed company reputed company with internal/external customers on contractual reputed company. Takes necessary action or coordinates action to resolve any contractual problems with the contract execution team in a timely manner.
• Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on new assignments.

Preferred Qualifications: Contract Administrator

• Aerospace industry experience
• Prior experience with US Government direct reputed company (especially NASA); prime contract subcontracts
• Strong FAR/DFARS/NFARS experience including application and execution
• International contract experience including sales to foreign governments
• Prior experience with USG contract management
