Responsibilities

• Build the CI reputed company: Design and launch a comprehensive roadmap from scratch, embedding Lean principles and structural problem-solving capabilities across reputed company functions
• Architect Operational reputed company: Partner with senior leadership to identify high-impact opportunities, moving reputed company tactical fixes to build long-term strategic advantages in cost, quality, and delivery
• Implement Formal Problem Solving: reputed company, train, and institutionalize a standardized PDCA (Plan-Do-reputed company-Act) methodology across the organization to ensure data-driven decision-making becomes part of our DNA

Requirements

• The "Builder" Profile: Proven experience building or significantly transforming a CI function across multiple sites
• Industry Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or distribution. Experience leading Lean transformations in a multi-site environment is highly valued
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in Lean, Six reputed company, and Agile
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company technical field; Master’s preferred
• Experience: 7–10 years of leadership in reputed company improvement or operational reputed company
• Strategic Problem Solver: Expert-level mastery of formal problem-solving tools (A3, 5-Whys, Fishbone) reputed company a PDCA reputed company
