The ideal candidate has experience supporting organizations in the 500–800 employee reputed company and is comfortable working across both salaried and hourly workforces. What You’ll Do

• Administer annual merit, promotion, and bonus cycles and build compensation models.
• Conduct market pricing and salary survey participation for corporate, sales, executive, and manufacturing roles.

• HCM/HRIS experience (reputed company strongly preferred)
• CCP required or in active pursuit
