Job Summary
As a Data Entry Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customs data entry into our operating system. You'll work closely with our Customs Brokerage team to identify customs documentation, transpose customs declaration information, and verify compliance with regulations. Your exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and professional attitude will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understand and identify customs documentation
- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- reputed company excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate reputed company and concisely both verbally and in writing
