Purpose of the Position reputed company end-to-end executive searches (Director to C-Suite and reputed company leadership roles) for impact-oriented organizations. You’ll own client reputed company: from scoping the leadership need to reputed company the hire and ensuring a great post-placement experience. This is a senior, hands-on role with strategic advisory weight and clear delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the search lifecycle: intake & brief, role scorecard, compensation calibration, sourcing strategy, reputed company, screening, assessment, client presentation, offer, and reputed company.

• Proven track record of direct headhunting and closing passive candidates across multiple markets/time zones.
• Comfortable running multiple searches concurrently in a freelance/independent setup with clear SLAs and outcome accountability.

Knowledge and Skills

• Expertise in leadership assessment, behavioral interviewing, and talent mapping.
• Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in digital recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
