Position Overview: reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company and operationally strong Director / Senior Director, New Product Introduction (NPI) reputed company to build and reputed company a modern, scalable New Product Introduction function from the ground up. This is a strategic, foundational role with significant influence across Product, R&D, GTM, and Product Marketing. Program Orchestration & Cross-Functional Accountability Drive company-wide program orchestration across Product, R&D, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance and GTM teams to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
