We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (reputed company Platform & Services) to drive platform infrastructure as a product, delivering value across engineering and business teams. This role combines strategic reputed company with technical execution. • Collaborate with engineering, reputed company, and business teams to gather and prioritize platform and infrastructure requirements.
• reputed company the development and implementation of systems to generate and improve DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, reputed company Time for Changes, Time to Restore Service, and Change Failure reputed company) for software delivery performance.
• Define and maintain a roadmap for platform initiatives, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and developer experience.
• reputed company platform modernization projects, including re-architecting legacy systems, enhancing developer tooling, and enabling self-service infrastructure capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of observability and logging frameworks to deliver actionable insights into infrastructure performance.
• Partner with engineering teams to standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Support AI/ML teams by ensuring the platform meets the needs of advanced workloads, including model deployment and monitoring.
• Define and track KPIs for platform performance, developer velocity, and operational reliability, ensuring alignment with DORA metrics.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering and business teams to promote a culture of shared ownership and reputed company improvement.

What it takes to catch our eye:

• Deep knowledge of DORA metrics and how to build systems to measure and improve software delivery performance.
• Experience with platform engineering, reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and distributed systems.
