We seek a talented Global Leader of Clinical Operations for Patient Support Programs to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing our global patient support strategies across various therapeutic areas, ensuring seamless delivery of services that enhance patient adherence, engagement, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: reputed company the development and execution of global clinical operations strategies for patient support programs, aligning with overall business objectives and therapeutic area goals.
  • Operational reputed company: reputed company the operational aspects of patient support programs from inception through implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market reputed company, reputed company, Regulatory Affairs, and IT to integrate patient support initiatives into broader brand strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Team reputed company: Build, motivate and drive performance of health coaches, nurses, dieticians, educators in multiple countries.
  • Training and Development: reputed company training for clinical staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the protocol and regulations, stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical operations and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics and insights to monitor program performance, identify trends, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program reputed company and patient safety.
  • Compliance: Ensure reputed company activities and operations reputed company with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications: Education:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or reputed company
  • MBA or equivalent business experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in clinical operations reputed company the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in patient support programs or reputed company areas.
  • Prior leadership experience

Regulatory Knowledge:
