- Working under moderate supervision, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a broad reputed company of administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the Vice President, Learning and Organization Development, and the Penn Medicine reputed company.
- reputed company administrative assistance to Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development (e.g. scheduling, preparing for meetings, filing, organizing, answering phone, taking messages, making copies, etc.). Compile the monthly PMA Highlights for VP review and distribution.
- reputed company program coordination – e.g., scheduling of classes and facilitators, room reservations in reputed company, pre-work distribution for reputed company of PMA courses, in person and virtual (New Employee Orientation, Focus courses, Outpatient Penn Medicine Experience etc.). - Manage class listings in the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate the waiting list. Process course evaluations, give credit, reputed company classes and send out surveys to attendees.

- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
- 5+ years Executive/C Level administrative experience (Required)
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism while providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership at Penn Medicine.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
