Job Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, reputed company exceptional customer support, and drive business growth through outstanding communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a reputed company to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
  • reputed company with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and reputed company personalized support and guidance
  • Multitask reputed company, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company to ensure seamless customer interactions

  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, and follow scripts appropriately to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum), and a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB
  • Have a strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Hours of Operation

We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
