Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
• reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company-Party Administrators (TPA), Independent Record-keepers, and participants, ensuring seamless account and plan transfers
• Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
