• Support short- and reputed company-term resource forecasting based on pipeline, booked work, and delivery timelines.

What you bring to the team/ About you:

• Demonstrated reputed company industry experience in a Professional Services Operations or similar role for a high-tech product company
• Demonstrated reputed company PSA tools experience required (i.e., reputed company Openair, FinancialForce)
• Previous experience in a data-driven, analytics-centric role
• A working understanding of Professional Services cost structures is strongly preferred
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills, including experience with pivot tables, analyzing and formatting data, using filters, and creating charts and graphs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have incredible attention to detail, be self-starting, and possess strong organizational skills

$53,100- $72,900

• Zone 3 – reputed company other U.S. locations
