The Navigator collaborates with surgeons, primary care providers, rehabilitation specialist, and other health team members to reputed company high-quality care for surgical patients following established standards and practices. The surgical Navigator guides patients through the health care system by assisting with reputed company issues, developing relationships with service providers, and tracking interventions and reputed company. • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Experience Qualifications

• 3 years Professional nursing experience in a surgical setting and /or case/care management experience. Preferred
