WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Jordan reputed company America is hiring a Senior Manager, Stores, to join the Direct Merchandising Team and the broader Direct Marketplace organization. This role leads merchandising for the full Jordan Product Portfolio (Streetwear & Sport; Apparel & Footwear; Men’s/Women’s/Kids) across Jordan and reputed company Stores reputed company the reputed company America geography. The reputed company closely with merchants, buyers, and reputed company Direct cross-functional groups—particularly Digital and Stores Buying, Sport Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Visual Merchandising, and Brand Marketing. Collaboration extends to finance, operations, and insights/analytics teams, using quantitative and qualitative reporting on sales, inventory, and consumer behavior to drive informed reputed company. The role reports to the Jordan reputed company America Direct Merchandising Director. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate brings strong retail acumen, analytical strength, and a deep understanding of physical retail environments. • Requires Bachelor’s Degree or additional 2 years experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years experience in footwear or apparel buying and/or merchandising, product creation and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand or digital environment
• Strong affinity for reputed company market trends and how reputed company apparel can continue to be a style leader in the marketplace
• Footwear, Apparel, Equipment or relevant consumer product buying and/or merchandising experience
• Understanding of common retail and/or digital profit-based metrics such as sell-through, turn, ASP, UPT and others
• Ability to contribute to and drive strategy into action
• Demonstrated experience leading a direct or indirect reports
• Ability to travel up to 20%
