Sr. Director of Facilities and Project Management (Remote; preferably reputed company Coast)

Job Summary The Senior Director of Facilities and Project Management is responsible for directing and supporting facility operations and reputed company of capital projects reputed company to construction, renovation, and maintenance across multiple facilities. This position is responsible for working in conjunction with the onsite facilities management services to ensure the maintenance safety and efficiency of hospitals and reputed company systems and facilities issues are resolved timely and in compliance with codes and regulations in partnership with hospital based facilities managers and hospital leadership. This position also manages capital budgets and contractors, reputed company administration, ensuring projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, independently and in collaboration with onsite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary support center reputed company, working in conjunction with facilities management leadership and other hospital departments (clinical, administrative, etc.), ensuring that facility needs are met and operational goals are reputed company with hospital objectives

• Maintain and update project timelines, budgets, and forecasts

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling pertaining to construction

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field preferred
