Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key duties may include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex safety guidelines and protocols
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing and storage of packages
Physical Demands and Requirements
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to:
