Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company licensed reputed company worker to join our reputed company reputed company work and case management team. As a reputed company worker at arenaflex, you'll partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. Your responsibilities will include researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. You'll work with a diverse population across the entire lifecycle, using telephonic and electronic communication to reputed company members to reputed company positive lifestyle and medical choices.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for members' benefit plan and/or health needs

• Research available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs
• Work with a diverse population across the entire lifecycle, using telephonic and electronic communication to reputed company members to reputed company positive lifestyle and medical choices
• Partner with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management
