As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing routine service support to arenaflex customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from a quiet, confidential space in your home location, approved by arenaflex.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing routine service support to arenaflex customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center. You'll communicate directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners, to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests. You'll also be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues reputed company reputed company channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers and internal/external service partners to resolve issues, questions, and service requests.

  • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and referring reputed company issues as necessary.

Requirements

* Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for the role.

  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a dedicated and confidential workspace.
  • High-speed internet service with a direct wired reputed company to a cable or fiber modem and router, capable of at least 20 mbps download and upload speeds.
  • A dedicated phone line, solely for the use of customer call routing.
