Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments

Qualifications
