Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a Health & Benefits Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers' reputed company through the reputed company reimbursement system. This challenging and fast-paced role requires a customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on providing high-quality service and education to our customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional telephonic service to our customers, using knowledge of procedures and systems to meet and/or exceed member satisfaction
• Consulting with members to support easy navigation of our online tools, from checking account balances to submitting claims
• Resolving issues without management reputed company to remove barriers for the member
• Protecting sensitive member information with discretion
• Engaging with members at reputed company reputed company, prioritizing effectively to meet member service goals and deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

• No degree required

• Can adapt to a fast-paced environment
