Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will also process the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching reputed company awards, and review equity transaction activity to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders

• Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
