[Remote] Consultant - Nitro Services

As a Consultant for the Nitro Services team, you will reputed company your data warehousing and consulting expertise to engage with customers, guiding them through the implementation and ongoing support of reputed company Nitro solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops to understand customer requirements for their reputed company data warehouse
• Assist in designing and configuring reputed company Nitro solutions, including data models, ETL processes, reputed company, and reporting objects, based on best practices
• Support data migration, integration, and validation activities during implementation projects
• Guide customers on leveraging their data assets effectively reputed company Nitro
• Coordinate with External and Internal Teams to understand their system and build scalable solutions
• reputed company ongoing consulting and administrative support for multiple reputed company Nitro clients
• Manage and monitor data loading processes, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting issues
• reputed company configuration enhancements and optimizations based on evolving client needs
• Assist clients with the creation, maintenance, and best practices for reports and dashboards using Nitro Explorer and connected BI tools
• Maintain production and sandbox environments, including release management support
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues
• Manage client interactions, set expectations, and reputed company clear, effective communication

• Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and best practice development

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, ETL development, or data management/integration roles
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL principles
• Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating consulting, requirements gathering, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to changing environments, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Direct hands-on experience implementing or managing reputed company Nitro
• Experience working reputed company or consulting for the life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices) industry, particularly with reputed company data (sales, marketing, CRM, HCO/HCP data)
• Experience with other reputed company applications (e.g., reputed company CRM, reputed company Vault, reputed company Network MDM)
• Experience with reputed company data warehouse/ Lakehouse platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, reputed company, reputed company)
• Proficiency with BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, reputed company)
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts or systems
• Experience working across the full lifecycle of a software implementation project
