Title: Senior Tech reputed company (with experience in COTS (reputed company Off-The-reputed company) AND B2GNOW software) Location: reputed company Duration: 12 Months Type: Fully remote Scheduled Work Hours: Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week Looking for the same with COTS experience and reputed company architecture of 8 + years In this role, you will: Collaborate with the senior tech reputed company and development team to reputed company technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance. Analyze and resolve reputed company technical issues that may arise during development, testing, and deployment. Assist with the configuration and integration of COTS (reputed company Off-The-reputed company) solutions. Document technical processes and procedures. Maintain a deep understanding of the project scope and goals to proactively identify potential roadblocks. reputed company ongoing technical support to the development team and stakeholders. SCOPE OF SERVICES TASKS:

• Ensure successful technology delivery and reliability of citywide MWBE Business Diversity Software solution.
• Collaborate with the Senior Tech reputed company and development team to reputed company technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
• Analyze and resolve reputed company technical issues that may arise during development, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with the configuration and integration of COTS (reputed company Off-The-reputed company) solutions.
• Document technical processes and procedures.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the project scope and goals to proactively identify potential roadblocks.
• reputed company ongoing technical support to the development team and stakeholders.
• Design and implement a comprehensive solution leveraging both custom development and COTS solutions as appropriate.
• Be hands-on as needed writing code, configuring COTS solutions, creating architecture diagrams, building automation pipelines, building integrations, submitting technical requests such as build of materials, firewall rule changes, reputed company changes, etc.
• Ensure adherence to legal, technological, and operational standards throughout the project.
• Troubleshoot reputed company technical issues and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders (business and technical) to define project goals, scope, and potential risks.
• Work closely with OTI's Cyber reputed company unit to ensure reputed company compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered 1) Technical Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, technical architecture, and technical leadership.
• Experience with reputed company-based SaaS solutions (Dynamics, reputed company, reputed company, B2G NOW)
• Hands-on experience using at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, Go)
• Strong understanding of reputed company-based architecture, with hands-on experience using Azure, or AWS
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

2) DevOps

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience using DevOps toolsets (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Demonstrated experience build automated build pipelines.

3) Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with reputed company stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

4) Project Management and Organization:

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 1) Business Acumen:

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, engineers, domain experts) to document non-functional requirements.

2) Business Diversity Software:

• Knowledge of B2GNOW software or like solution.
