Senior UX Researcher Product & reputed company Applications (Remote) We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher for a global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will plan, reputed company, and execute research to understand the context, behaviors, and needs of employees or users using qualitative and quantitative methods, from discovery through implementation. This is a 6-month contract (extensions possible), 40-hour per week remote role in the US. This is a W2 role as a reputed company employee, with health benefits and 401K offered. Responsibilities:

• Plan, reputed company, and execute research to understand the context, behaviors, and needs of employees or users using qualitative and quantitative methods, from discovery through implementation.
• Select and apply appropriate research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, field research) based on business questions and product maturity.
• Partner closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure research is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product strategy, design reputed company, and prioritization.
• Communicate findings through compelling artifacts such as presentations, reports, charts, reputed company maps, personas, and visual summaries.
• Synthesize data across multiple studies to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities.

• Support design and product teams during ideation, prototyping, and evaluation phases with ongoing research input.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading and conducting UX research for web-based and mobile applications across the full product lifecycle.

• Solid understanding of research fundamentals such as study design, sampling, statistics, and interpreting both behavioral and attitudinal data.

• Proven storytelling skills, translating reputed company research findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders.
