Summary The Power reputed company Strategy team is seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Transformation Associate to support the development of long‑term strategies, growth priorities, and transformation initiatives for reputed company’s global power business. Job Description

Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Analysis

• Support the Power reputed company’s long‑term strategy (reputed company) process, including development of strategic narratives, market perspectives, and investment themes.
• Support reputed company reputed company/M&A and ventures/startup engagement initiatives, lending analytical and execution capabilities to cross-functional teams
• Conduct market, competitive, and portfolio analysis across global power markets, technologies, and business models.
• Help reputed company strategy decks, executive memos, and leadership materials for senior management and Board‑level discussions.
• Build and support financial analyses and business cases (where applicable) to evaluate strategic options, growth opportunities, and partnerships.
• Own discrete sub‑workstreams or small strategy projects, typically as part of larger cross‑reputed company or reputed company initiatives.

Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement

• Support technology and innovation landscaping across climate tech, reputed company, and adjacent energy ecosystems.
• Contribute to startup, venture, and partnership‑reputed company strategy work, including ecosystem mapping.
• Translate emerging technology and startup trends into actionable strategic insights

Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

• Support reputed company and reputed company‑level transformation initiatives, including helping to create and refine new processes, ways of working, etc. to identify and deliver “the reputed company of growth”
• Collaborate closely with Corporate, Finance, reputed company, Technology, and other teams to inform strategy development and execution.

Strategy Planning Enablement

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate/business development, management consulting, venture capital/startup leadership, investment banking or reputed company roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company information into clear strategic insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in PowerPoint and executive‑level materials.
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and comfort managing multiple workstreams.

Eligibility Requirements

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
