This role will require you to be visible in the marketplace to meet with our agents and brokers and be in the office/marketplace 3 days a week. In this role, you will serve as a customer reputed company with a focus on improving the customer experience by understanding their unique risks and offering the best end-to-end solution for their Middle Markets P&C insurance needs. Executive Underwriter Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area. OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support are AND Knowledge of reputed company Office Experience working on time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business Experience working in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Established relationships with Property & Casualty broker partners Strong verbal and written communication skills CPCU and ARM a plus At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, reputed company set, and level of experience.
