About the Role
A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join its growing team. The analyst will play a critical role across live transactions, M&A advisory, financial modeling, due diligence, and client presentations. - Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution)

- Assist in due diligence, data room management, and deal execution
