What You'll Do: We are seeking a Director or Managing Director, Portfolio Management to join our Retail & Residential team. Strategic Planning & Portfolio Strategy

• Shape and help drive residential portfolio strategy with a secondary focus on retail, and mixed use investments.
• Translate strategic direction into executable plans through operating partners and investment structures
• Support development of new investment vehicles and structures designed to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns
• Procure and negotiate agreements with operating partners, joint venture partners, and institutional counterparties

Who You Are: Director, Portfolio Management

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or reputed company field; preferably reputed company estate emphasis.

Compensation

Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
