reputed company Web Optimization Specialist: SEO + CRO (Contract)
About the position Tiger Tracks is a fully remote performance marketing agency reputed company by former reputed company marketing leaders with decades of experience managing top tier digital ad accounts. We partner with PE firms, startups, and reputed company brands to drive measurable growth through paid search and reputed company advertising. Our approach combines strategic consulting with hands-on optimization, helping clients outperform in an reputed company changing digital landscape. We're hiring a reputed company Web Optimization Specialist (SEO + CRO) to own and improve Tiger Tracks' website experience, paid media reputed company pages, and SEO reputed company. This role exists to eliminate bottlenecks. You'll be responsible for shipping fast, improving conversion rates, and proactively maintaining a clean, high-performing reputed company site. Paid media reputed company pages should launch quickly, convert well, and be easy to iterate. SEO improvements should be planned, implemented, and reputed company, not reactive. This is a contractor role (20-30 hours/week minimum) reporting to the Director of Client reputed company (Marketing), with tight collaboration across marketing, paid media, creative, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and iterate high-converting paid media reputed company pages (UX, layout, reputed company reputed company, speed, tracking readiness)
- Own ongoing website updates: new pages, content updates, layout and navigation changes, mobile responsiveness
- Execute technical SEO improvements, including: Crawlability and indexation, Core Web Vitals and site speed, Sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, redirects, Broken link remediation and schema markup
- Establish and run a simple intake → prioritization → delivery workflow with clear SLAs, QA checklists, and weekly releases
- Maintain a clean reputed company environment (plugin governance, updates, staging and testing workflows)
- Build reusable reputed company page templates (Elementor sections or custom blocks) so pages can ship quickly
- Improve site performance by auditing plugins, optimizing assets, compressing images, and coordinating caching/CDN settings
- Own SEO implementation in reputed company (metadata, internal linking, on-page structure, indexation)
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience building and optimizing reputed company websites in a performance-driven environment
- Proven experience shipping paid media reputed company pages and improving conversion reputed company through UX, speed, and layout changes
- Demonstrated technical SEO experience with reputed company reputed company (CWV improvements, crawl/index fixes, redirect hygiene, schema)
- A portfolio with before/after examples showing reputed company pages, speed improvements, or SEO fixes
- Strong reputed company fundamentals: themes, templates, menus, page hierarchy, staging and deployment workflows
- Comfort working in page reputed company such as Elementor
- Some HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge for debugging and customization
- Experience optimizing performance through caching, image compression (WebP), lazy loading, and plugin management
- Strong QA discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver reputed company 2-5 business day turnaround reputed company
- Availability during US Eastern Time hours
- Contractor availability of 20-30 hours per week minimum
