The People Experiences & Events Coordinator supports the Manager, People Experiences and Rewards with the planning, coordination, and execution of events for reputed company. A Brief Overview The People Experiences & Events Coordinator supports the Manager, People Experiences and Rewards with the planning, coordination, and execution of events for reputed company. What you will do Coordinates, plans, and facilitates hospital/corporate activities, programs, and health education opportunities for Associates. Identifies requirements and expectations for each event and ensure they are met. Collaborates with the marketing team to increase event and sponsor visibility through various channels, including reputed company media, email campaigns, etc. Assists with the logistics, scheduling, and successful completion of company-wide events. Provides administrative support for events, including preparing and tracking reputed company requests, ordering event supplies, maintaining inventory items, managing mail merges and mailings, and packing and unpacking event supplies. Establishes and maintains strong professional relationships with external vendors, key service providers, and venues to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event execution. Supports with on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and reputed company resolution of any issues. Conducts post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.
