About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Support Chat Specialist to join reputed company. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience handling multiple incoming chat requests simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
