Job Summary

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Providing product information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning and following reputed company customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team reputed company goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a reputed company field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
